WELCOME TO

LAKE SHASTINA PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION

Located 270 miles north of San Francisco in beautiful Siskiyou County, Lake Shastina is a thriving community with its own fully staffed water, sewer and police departments, and a volunteer fire department. Its panoramic beauty is home to many varieties of wildlife, flora and fauna. Dominating the landscape is the friendly giant, majestic Mt. Shasta (summit elevation 14,162'). Covered in snow year round, it provides quiet respite from a hectic life. Lake Shastina provides a heavenly place to ski, hike, camp, fish and golf while also offering a place for peaceful reflection.

The Lake Shastina Community-wide yard sale is being held on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025. The actual sales will be held at each of the participating individual homes. Lake Shastina residents wanting to hold a sale should sign up at lsyardsale@cot.net. In the email, please provide your name, address, email address, and a contact phone number. We want to make sure your sale is easily identifiable to the many yard-salers coming into the community. So, our plan is to provide a large red balloon to be placed in front of each house hosting a sale. As the yard sale date approaches, the yard sale committee will be putting together publicity and placing flyers, throughout the area, advertising the sale. Additionally, we will be placing signs at all major entrances to the community. We will also be putting together a map listing yard sale locations. Again, to be included on the map, be sure to get your information in to lsyardsale@cot.net as soon as possible, but no later than April 22, 2025. With all of us working together, this should be a fun and successful event.
